Vibrations/Rid of Me explores the destructive nature of desire as it manifests in the body, mind and spirit.

Ace of Wands’ new EP brings that destructive force to life with their trademark vocal harmonies, ethereal guitar tones and thunderous, In Utero-style drums. Their original song Vibrations and their cover of PJ Harvey’s gritty and intimate Rid of Me create just under 7 minutes of searing post-punk and modern gothic rock.

The dark and explosive Vibrations/Rid of Me EP sets the tone in anticipation of Ace of Wands’ follow-up to 2019’s Lioness.

This band has some serious musical talent. "Time Drain" and "Break Glass" are really notable to me for the stellar vocal performance and punk feel they attain. The lyrics are a particular highlight. Really good flow and it doesn't come off as soulless like a lot of other music I tend to hear day to day. Awesome job Beams! Gijio
